Baan Lao is seeking a talented Mixologist. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of high-quality cocktails and beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create unique and delicious drink recipes. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and innovative drink recipes that meet customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Mixologist in a restaurant or bar setting and certificate/diploma in Mixology
- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills
- Math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
