Consult is excited to partner with a leading Healthcare Technology company. Currently announcing the launch of a brand-new team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of approximately six individuals, with the potential for significant growth.

We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Practice Development Manager to spearhead brand awareness and revenue expansion efforts in a new territory. You'll join a collaborative team tasked with establishing a strong presence in this region. This critical role offers the opportunity to develop and execute your own growth strategies, shaping the future of the company's presence in this market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve national sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities for products and technologies.
• Manage and coach a team of regional representatives to ensure the effective promotion of our offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop and deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals on our products and technologies.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Travel throughout Canada to meet with clients and attend industry events.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the clinical field.
• Proven track record of success in sales/business development.
• Strong understanding of the ophthalmology sector and its current trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Understanding of Ophthalmic experience is preferred.
• The ability to collaborate with KOLs is a plus.
