Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently evaluate and identify dependencies, gaps, and risks across multiple software modernization programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic direction.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance for program execution, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work and drive milestones.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of program objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Conduct impact assessments to determine the effect of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, and/or business analysis.
• Proven track record of overseeing and guiding multiple, complex software modernization programs.
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to independently evaluate and identify dependencies, gaps, and risks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in financial services industry is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, and with tools such as SharePoint and JIRA.
• Prior experience working in global and remote teams.
• Technical proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation.
