Sales Enablement & Data Research Specialist

What you’ll be working on
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop relevant training materials, resources, and tools.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with tools, resources, and knowledge needed to help achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning across all sales materials.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Collect and analyze sales data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
- Identify patterns and correlations within datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Distribution Program performance, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into KPI performance at both individual and team levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish KPI benchmarks and goals aligned with overall business objectives.
- Create a network for feedback and insight that drives continuous improvement.
- Identify areas of opportunity for optimization and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and assist with the preparation of Board materials
What we’re looking for you to have
- Proven experience in sales enablement, data analysis, and KPI management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms to develop dashboards.
- Excellent communication influential and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to do research, analyze, pull key components from the research and communicate findings with a recommendations to business leaders
- Good understanding of the insurance industry and carriers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
