Omnitrans is currently searching for a Client Service Representative, Courier Services to join our Courier team.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
• Manage large volume of shipments and provide status updates, reports and key performance indicator (KPI) to clients
• Process package data (shipments, re-ships)
• Coordinate dispatching / pickups with vendors and warehouses
• Follow up with clients/vendors to ensure resolution
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Initiate and follow up on tracers and delivery intercept
• Initiate and follow up on claims against courier service provider
• Perform general clerical duties
• Promote courier service and provide spot quotes
• Improve the department proficiency and coordinate with other departments

What you bring:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Computer knowledge (word, excel)
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Customer Service Skills
• Autonomous
• Prioritize and manage time effectively
