Description of Duties
Oversee and coordinate all activities and operations of the sales team for the purpose to build a reliable and profitable relationship with buyers and other customers.
Create and devise new strategies and policies necessary for achieving sales targets based on current organizational procedures
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Must be able to work closely with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Able to maintain in-depth knowledge of our seafood products, processing methods, and industry regulations to effectively communicate value to customers.
Develop and improve current company sales policies and procedures
Implement current and new sales policies and procedures
Meet with the company management team to understand the business objectives and overall strategies
Decide the sales and promotion strategies and plans on different seafood products
Conduct customer relationship management and ensure a high level of service and client loyalty
Oversee and guide team members when negotiating sales contracts
Potentially manage the future recruitment of the sales department and train the new sales team members by monitoring their performance
Qualifications:
Ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the seafood processing or a related industry.
Strong understanding of global seafood markets and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
