SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Management experience in a bar/nightclub establishment is a must
Adaptable team player who is dependable, accountable and able to collaborate with others
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate a high level of organization while working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and communication skills
High attention to detail
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality management position
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure excellent guest experiences
Assist in coaching and mentoring a great team while being involved in decisions for the store
Commit to a high stand product with food and beverage programs
Help to mentor and train employees on a regular basis
Administrative tasks as required
COMPENSATION
Total compensation ranging from $60,000 -$75,000, inclusive of salary, gratuities and performance-based bonus opportunities
10 days paid vacation
