Job description
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Bartenders and Barbacks to lead the daily operations of our new project, The Powder Room on Yorkville, a curated nightlife concept fusing high fashion, luxury mixology, and exclusive Toronto energy. The ideal candidate will be a versatile hospitality professional with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing staff, driving revenue, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across both business models.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of luxury service experience
- Extensive spirit, cocktail, and wine knowledge
- Experience in a high-volume cocktail bar an asset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong conversational skills demonstrating luxury verbiage to maximise sales
- Positive, high-energy individual
- The ability to work and strengthen a team dynamic
- Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Available to work weekdays, nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid smart serve certified required
- Must legally eligible work in Canada
