The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Bar Manager who will lead our bar program while also working alongside the team. In this role, you’ll:
- Oversee bar operations, including cocktail development and inventory.
- Support, train, and motivate staff to maintain strong service standards.
- Take an active role behind the bar, especially during busy shifts.
- Contribute to growing Gitano’s reputation as a go-to spot in Davie Village.

- Hands-on leadership — you’re comfortable managing and jumping behind the bar.
- Strong hospitality skills — you know how to make guests feel welcome.
- Creativity — you enjoy developing drinks and keeping standards fresh.
- Organization — you can run a bar smoothly day to day.
