ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, eager to roll up their sleeves and make a significant impact.

This a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model, working four days from our Toronto, Ontario office.

WE WILL TRUST YOU TO… (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels (digital, social media, content, events, etc.).
• Oversee and manage marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
• Expand CEO.CA's social media presence, creating and implementing strategies to grow our following and engagement on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and articulate CEO.CA's value proposition and product differentiators.
•  Ideate, test, and iterate new growth strategies, optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
• Lead the development and optimization of omnichannel nurture programs to deepen customer engagement throughout their lifecycle.
• Write and edit compelling marketing copy, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to generate and nurture leads, accelerating opportunities through the funnel.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze website conversion metrics to continually improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Undertake additional ad hoc assignments and duties as assigned.

YOU WILL NEED TO BE/BRING… (QUALIFICATIONS)

• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience in growing and managing social media channels, driving engagement and user growth.
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for crafting persuasive marketing copy.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient knowledge of capital markets, venture investing, or the mining industry is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth B2C SaaS company preferred.
