Responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals for new store locations within an assigned territory, this role aligns with the regional growth plan. Offering a competitive base salary (115-120k target range), 14% bonus, flexible/hybrid work structure, full benefits, deferred profit sharing, car allowance, wellness reimbursement, and 3 weeks vacation, this position requires the successful candidate to continuously improve the existing real estate portfolio. The primary objective is to secure quality locations that maximize income and return on investment while contributing to the Development Plan by producing new, freestanding locations and leading deals through internal approvals, contractual negotiations, ground breaks, and openings.
