About the role
As Equipment Service Sales Coordinator at PACKPRO, your main objectives are to ensure excellent customer service, timely scheduling of service calls and pro-active communication with the service technicians. You act as a liaison between customers, sales team and service technicians, provide sales and service information and book service calls with accuracy, efficiency, and patience. This is an on-site role located in Uxbridge, Ontario.
Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Receive customer service requests and act on them as per direction provided
• Ensure accuracy of service quotes and customer purchase orders
• Collaborate with the service team to book service calls and record follow-up items
• Maintain Service Calendar and shared folder with equipment information
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Support sales team by preparing equipment quotes and other service-related documents
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks and projects on time and accurately
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications and Skills
• Passion for customer service excellence and team work
• Ability to deal with technical information related to packaging equipment
• Strong communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to complete tasks on time
• Good problem-solving skills; technical aptitude
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel), Business Management Systems
• University or College Degree and bilingual skills are an asset
• Interest in learning different aspects of PACKPRO business
