We are looking for an Business Development Manager for the e-Learning market (corporate and education) with a focus on Moodle LMS. The position is a remote opportunity (Pacific Standard Time).

You'll be responsible for generating leads, new sales opportunities, supporting our existing portfolio and upselling/cross-selling initiatives. The ideal candidate will already possess a deep understanding of the corporate LMS market (preferably Moodle) and e-learning SaaS software.

Lingel Learning is a Moodle Partner (Canada & Australia) that provides Course Development, Training and Managed Hosting to clients in Education, Corporate Training, Healthcare and Government in North America and Australia. Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and identifying potential new clients.
• Managing our existing portfolio of accounts across Canada.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling Lingel Learning’s e-learning products and services through professional sales techniques
• Conducting regular health checks on accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Handling new sales enquiries (contact, qualifying, presenting and closing the sale)
• Demonstrating Moodle LMS to prospective clients.
• Prepare written quotations and assist with RFP’s
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales analysis to management, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Support and Developers.
• Assisting with support tickets.

Skills/experience:

• 3+ years’ account management experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in the corporate LMS market and/or e-learning SaaS software sales.
• Strong presentation skills (phone, video and email)
• Understand and knowledge of the e-learning industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; a Master's Degree in a related field is a plus
