Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive
About the Role
As the Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be a valuable member of the Athlete and Partnerships team at EHPlabs. You will play a critical role in driving campaign execution, maintaining strong influencer relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing and leading a growing team of 4-5 Influencer Marketing Executives based across Canada. Your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering top-notch brand collaborations. You will have the opportunity to foster a culture of excellence driving performance and revenue through brand collaborations. You will be a key stakeholder driving global awareness and uplift for our brands across the various channels (ie, e-comm, Amazon, and wholesale). The role will report to the Global Director of Marketing and will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside key marketing teams within an accelerated brand while prioritizing the growth and success of the Athlete Partnerships Program.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key influencers and athletes, ensuring they meet the business's objectives, content requirements across all channels, and ensure that content is being created to the required timeline
- Execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across Canada and the US.
- Lead a team of influencer marketing executives and manage KPIs, while providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to athletes
- Work alongside social media and creative content teams to develop social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, campaign roll-outs, and sales to bring campaigns to life
- Liaise with athletes on content requirements across all channels and ensure that content is being created to the required timeline and is in the correct format
- Communicates with athletes daily providing feedback on performance and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio and athlete performance and provide advice and future growth opportunities
- Manages content shoots ensuring that the athletes/influencers are available in position and that content creators/studios and locations are all available and confirmed
- Identify new partnership opportunities and continue to recruit, develop, and grow the team
- Manage onboarding of athletes, delivering EHPlabs product and marketing training and social media best practice sessions
- Renew and negotiate partnership contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and athlete and that KPI’s and contractual obligations are being met.
About You
- You preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; however, it's not mandatory.
- You possess 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing and partnership management.
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in people management.
- You exhibit outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- You demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and reporting on campaign performance.
- You are adept at utilizing influencer marketing and social media management tools.
- You are a creative thinker, adept at spotting trends and seizing opportunities.
- You showcase exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience collaborating with influencers and clients in the Sports Nutrition, Health and Wellness, and/or CPG Industry.
- You excel at assisting content creators in crafting narratives and translating them into actionable strategies.
- You possess a strong capability to effectively manage and inspire team members within a KPI-driven environment.
