We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Care Finance Coordinator to join our corporate client on a permanent, full time basis. If you are passionate about customer service and have some exposure to finance, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Provide customer assistance in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our client with integrity and excellence.
• Work with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our client's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
• Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and tact.
• Experience with collections or a strong understanding of financial processes and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
