FUNCTION:
Managing sales and field services applications. Managing, providing leadership and supervision to all staff members involved in post and presales activities.
Reporting to the Senior V.P. but independently responsible for revenue budgets, margins,
and expense objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare long term plans, via field information, marketing analysis and business trends.
Participates, cooperates and supports Lean and EHS System, including Quality management requirements.
Overall responsibility for all direction, coordination and evaluation of Regional Business units.
QUAIFICATIONS
Completed degree, ideally Mechanical Engineering, or related education.
5 plus years, working with Industrial manufactured equipment, installation, retrofit, or new construction related to O\G, Pulp and Paper, Mining customers.
Proven ability to build teams through open communication, leadership and collective decision making when defining problems.
