Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Ventes, ce poste implique de se rendre à des salons professionnels, de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes, de faire du réseautage et de servir de point de contact principal. En tant que Gestionnaire de Comptes, vous devez être animé par le désir d'établir des relations durables avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.

 

Qualifications

·      Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe

·      Un minimum de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire

·      Compétences de négociation, d’organisation et de présentation

·      Capacité à collecter, suivre et analyser des données

·      Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre les problèmes des clients

·      Permis de conduire valide (pour les visites de clients)

·      Passeport valide

·      Excellentes compétences en communication – orales et écrites (français et anglais)

·      Maîtrise de toutes les applications MS Office et des logiciels de gestion de relation client

(CRM)

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position entails traveling to trade shows, meeting new people, networking, and serving as the lead point of contact. As our Account Manager, you will be driven by the desire to build long-lasting relationships with clients and team members.

 

Position requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in a related field

·      A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

·      Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

·      Excellent planning and organizational skills

·      Ability to collect, track and analyze data

·      Ability to perform under pressure and resolve client issues in a timely manner

·      Valid driver’s license (as you will need to visit client locations)

·      Valid passport

·      Strong verbal and written communications skills in both French and English

·      Proficiency in all MS Office applications and CRM software
