Job Description

Orbinox est à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) des ventes internes pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique. Ce rôle nécessite des compétences en vente et en service à la clientèle pour soutenir nos produits de vannes industriels et municipaux. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes, les clients et les experts techniques pour garantir un processus de vente sans faille et une excellente expérience client.

 

En rejoignant l’équipe, vous serez amené à :

  • Préparer des devis, des offres et des estimations pour les clients, dans les délais requis, et faire des suivis de manière proactive dans le délai imparti
  • Fournir des informations sur les prix, la disponibilité des produits, les délais et les calendriers de livraison
  • Recueillir des informations pour comprendre les besoins du client et proposer des solutions en fonction de l’utilisation finale du produit et des exigences d’application
  • Traiter, communiquer et suivre avec précision les commandes dans le système
  • Établir et maintenir d’excellentes relations avec la clientèle
  • S’assurer que toutes les informations pertinentes sont reçues du client pour traiter les commandes
  • Répondre aux demandes de prix et de disponibilité des produits
  • Recueillir les informations nécessaires auprès des fabricants pour les commandes spéciales
  • Répondre aux plaintes ou aux demandes de service après-vente des clients et faire le suivi avec le service approprié et le client
  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits Orbinox, des exigences des clients et des pratiques de l’entreprise en matière de tarification, de conditions comptables et de pratiques d’atelier
  • Collaborer avec d’autres départements (Production, Ingénierie, Ventes externes, Achats, Logistique, Comptabilité) tout au long du processus pour répondre aux attentes des clients et aux délais

Qualifications requises

  • Un minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en ventes internes ou un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur industriel ou manufacturier
  • Connaissance des vannes industrielles ou de produits connexes est un atout
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu’en résolution de problèmes
  • Expérience pertinente dans l’établissement de devis et la vente de produits
  • Haut niveau de professionnalisme et compétences en service à la clientèle
  • Bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un joueur d’équipe
  • Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations positives, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de l’entreprise, tout en restant axé sur le client
  • Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer la charge de travail
  • Consciencieux, souci du détail, excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
  • Connaissance du logiciel Salesforce (un atout)
  • Attitude positive et solides compétences interpersonnelles pour établir des relations de confiance avec les clients
  • Capacité à comprendre et à expliquer des produits techniques

Orbinox is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of sales and customer service skills to support our industrial and municipal valve products. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, and technical experts to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.


By joining the team, you will

  • Prepare quotations, bids and estimates for customers, within the required deadline and follow up proactively on them within the set timeframe;
  • Provide pricing, product availability, delivery and schedule information;
  • Solicit information to establish customer’s needs and propose solutions based on the end use of the product and application requirements;
  • Process, communicate and track orders accurately in the system;
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relations;
  • Ensure that all pertinent information is received from the client to process orders;
  • Respond to requests for pricing and availability of products;
  • Gather the necessary information from manufacturers for special orders;
  • Respond to customer complaints or requests for after-sales service and follow up with the appropriate department and the customer;
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Orbinox products, customer requirements, and company practices relating to pricing, accounting terms and conditions as well as shop practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Production, Engineering, Outside Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting) throughout the entire process to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

Required qualifications

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector;
  • Familiarity with industrial valves or related products is an asset;  
  • Strong oral and written communication and troubleshooting skills;
  • Relevant experience in quoting and selling products;
  • Demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service skills;
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (oral and written);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining client focus.
  • Able to prioritize and manage workload;
  • Conscientious, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce software (an asset);
