- Serve as the link between the brand and the client.
- Provide extraordinary service from the initial contact to close in order to enhance the clients experience
- Model the Breitling "Sales Techniques and Service"
- Develop meaningful relationships with each client
- Make personalized recommendations that meet the client’s needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the Breitling dress code standards.
Our ideal candidate has…
- A minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales experience; high end watches or jewelry is preferred
- Proven success in client services in the luxury industry
- Strong after-sales service experience
- Strong team values
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Good organization and learning skills
- Strong working knowledge of the English language.
