  • submitting and tracking RFIs, change orders, and site instructions.

Providing technical services, including:

  • bridge/structure inspections, maintenance plans, load ratings, as well as other design services

As you grow in your leadership abilities, your job will transition to working together with the SK director of operations to do the following:

Ensuring exceptional client relations, including:

  • building relationships with new clients
  • managing client communication during projects, communicating customer issues and devising ways for improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

Building a people-centred southern SK Pier bridge team, including:

  • providing guidance and mentorship to junior project managers
  • supporting crews to ensure smooth operations
  • implementing corporate policies and processes.

Responsibilities will be added over time.
