Head Chef – Gastropub Opening (South Surrey / White Rock)
We are preparing to open a new gastropub in the South Surrey / White Rock area and are seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in building systems, mentoring teams, and delivering consistently great food in a busy, community-driven environment.
About the Role : As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu execution, staffing, food quality, cost control, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will play a key role in shaping the kitchen culture and helping establish the standards that will define our brand.
