We, the folks behind Dasha, are looking for some great people to join our already amazing "Heart of the House" team of Line Cooks.
Dasha, a Cantonese inspired restaurant in the heart of the King West neighbourhood, is the result of a partnership between the highly celebrated, internationally renowned, executive chef - Akira Back and Honeycomb Hospitality - one of the city's premier hospitality groups.
Line cooks, as you know, are responsible for just that - working the amazing line, preparing the outstanding dishes that make up the Dasha menu. Ultimately you will be a crucial member of the team that is responsible for providing our valued guests with the absolutely exceptional experiences they have come to expect from us.
Yes you have experience as a line cook. You have worked at other top tier restaurants - Asian or otherwise - and have a reference-able work history. Please know that we are always looking for stars and believe that they can come out of all types of places. We have been known to be creative and open minded when it comes to your experience level. Where we are not open minded is in our expectation that you have a "killer" - "can do" attitude, the kind that the best chefs in the world always tend to embrace.
