Express Employment Professionals Calgary South is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our reputable global equipment manufacturer and supplier client located in South East Calgary. Responsibilities

• Collect customer contact information and enter into CRM.
• Ensure that all order entry, credits, returns, and other sales transactions are completed under
• established compliancy guidelines, resulting in auditable documentation
• Provides feedback and technical assistance to various customer inquiries and issues such as order
• changes, cancellations, status, estimated shipping date and tracking information.
• Coordination with intercompany departments to resolve customer inquiries (Logistics, Finance)
• Respond to sales inquiries and requests for quotation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Identify, address, and escalate issues
• Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated 2 years of experience in a comparable role, showcasing proficiency in customer service practices.
• Call center experience considered an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication proficiencies to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient typing skills to expedite order entry processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Computer proficiency with MS Excel and CRM platform.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and troubleshoot issues promptly as they arise, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Wage: $21/hour
• In office position located in the SE of Calgary
