Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder at La Canadienne located in Yorkville, ON. The Keyholder will be responsible for day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, maintaining product knowledge, maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a loyal clientele base by consistently acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and maintaining loyal client.
• Achieve positive results in personal sales by focusing on relationship selling, and offering exemplary customer service.
• In-depth product knowledge skills and familiarity of current collections that are in-store and on-line
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge and Communication skills
• 2-3 Experience in the fashion and/or retail industry, aware of current fashion trends and competition in marketplace.
• Retail Sales and Customer Service skills
• Customer Experience skills, capable of resolving customer issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Strengths in operations, POS system
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on needs of business, includes evenings, weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or related field is a plus
