Your New Role: As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day property management operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Excellence: Develop and enforce operating procedures to meet legal requirements and ensure emergency response readiness.
• Standards: Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of operation and appearance.
• Projects Leadership: Manage building improvements and leasehold projects
• Lease Administration: Collaborate with Leasing to ensure compliance with lease terms and provide budgeted projections.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and community initiatives
• Team Empowerment: Lead a proactive team
• Relationships: Foster excellent tenant relationships through personal contact and exceptional service. Happy tenants, thriving properties.
• Oversight: Handle property revenue, expenses, budgeting, and financial reporting.

What You Need to Succeed: We’re looking for someone who brings:

• You’ve worked as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager, ideally with a focus on retail properties.
• Your meticulous approach ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
• You’re proficient in property management software and the MS Office Suite.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid BC Driver’s license.
• You’re ready to travel across the Lower Mainland to make an impact.
