Role Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Montreal, QC. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, assisting our valued partners and integrators in acquiring our premium motorized smart shades. Your primary responsibility will be managing accounts and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience through our dedicated Clara Shades Partner Portal. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with our partners.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in customer service and inside sales, demonstrating a track record of success in these areas.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential, including a solid understanding of the MS environment, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently is crucial, especially during high-demand periods. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and remain composed under pressure.
  • Resourcefulness: We're looking for individuals who are proactive problem-solvers, able to think on their feet and find creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your communication skills should be top-notch, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Collaboration is key in our team-oriented environment. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, previous experience in the home automation, smart home, or real estate industry would be beneficial, providing valuable insight into our market and clientele.
