Who we are looking for:

Liteline is hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to help with creating content and managing outward communications through social media and email marketing across our 3 brands (Liteline, SPEX, and Trenz.)

Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant’s key responsibilities include:

• Write, design, and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
• Develop and implement email automation workflows to streamline communication and enhance customer journeys.
• Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Potentially adding in platforms such as Pinterest and TikTok
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all digital channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, recommending innovative strategies to optimize results.

In our ideal candidate, we are looking for:

• 1-2 years’ experience generating social media and email content.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with Canva.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
