Minimum requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant environment
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends as needed
