Rize HR is currently searching for a Project Manager, Construction (high-rise) with great leadership skills to join one of Vancouver's top construction companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to project team and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve desired outcomes
- Track project expenses and manage project budget effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proficient in using project management software such as Confluence, Trello, and Project Server
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is preferred
- Knowledge of quality management principles is desirable
- Familiarity with requirements gathering and systems analysis
