Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Experience:

• 2-5 years in lighting retrofit, construction, EV, or similar sustainable energy sector sales.
• 5+ sales experience.
• Familiarity with CRM, Hubspot, or other project management software.
• Finally - and perhaps most importantly - the passion and drive to create, nurture, and close deals.

Compensation: Ranges between $65,000 to $70,000 CAD.

Commission: 5% uncapped commission, in addition to the above base salary.
