Managers must have an established background in managing high quality and high volume operations within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: · Minimum of 2 years hospitality experience in a key lead/supervisor/management role · Able to lead, motivate and provide direction to staff · Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in busy environment · Marketing and revenue-focused · Able to plan and implement objectives to achieve goals in timely manner · Effective management of operations including labor, cost of goods sold, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.
