We're seeking a Sous Chef to join the team for our latest opening, Monzo!
Inspired by the 1980s Paninaro subculture in Milan which is characterized by a fascination with American fast-food culture and European designer fashion, our concept embodies the spirit of that era - fast, fun, and bold! Just like the Paninaros, we're all about pushing the envelope and delivering something fresh and exciting.
You have:
- 6+ months of experience working in a similar BOH leadership role
- A passion for cooking and hospitality and a desire to elevate service
- A positive attitude and a calm demeanour
- Food Safe Level One
- Experience with Optimum Control is an asset
- First Aid is an asset
