Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
• Manage high-volume bar service while staying organized and efficient
• Engage with guests in a professional, energetic manner
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
• Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven bartending experience in high-volume bars, nightclubs, or restaurants
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, crowded environments
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
• Valid Serving It Right certification
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and match days
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, draft systems, and bar operations
• Comfortable working long, high-intensity shifts
