POSITION: LINE COOK (FULL-TIME)We are looking for an experienced full-time line cook to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare and cook dishes according to our high standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist with prepping ingredients for daily service
- Work on the line during service, executing dishes efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help maintain inventory and stock levels for the kitchen
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm, positive attitude during service
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices
- Genuine passion for food and Italian cuisine
- Ability to collaborate with the team and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- $22-$24/hour + gratuities

AVAILABILITY
- Five shifts per week
