Guest Experience
Greet guests immediately with confidence and presence
Create a fun, engaging bar atmosphere
Make thoughtful recommendations based on flavour preferences
Educate guests on tequila, mezcal, and premium options
Anticipate guest needs before they ask
Beverage Execution
Execute cocktails consistently and efficiently
Maintain strong knowledge of:
Tequila categories (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo)
Mezcal flavour profiles
El Guapo signature cocktails
Maintain proper specs and presentation standards
Keep service bar organized and prioritized
Sales & Performance
Drive premium tequila and mezcal sales
Suggest top-shelf upgrades
Promote features
Build relationships with regulars
Bar Operations
Maintain clean and organized bar setup
Monitor inventory and communicate low stock
Follow cash handling procedures
Close the bar accurately and thoroughly
What We’re Looking For
2+ years bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong cocktail knowledge and execution
Strong multitasking skills
Team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working late nights
