Cibo Wine Bar is currently looking for Pizza Cooks to join our kitchen staff at King Street and Yorkville Avenue.
Responsibilities
• Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
• Setup and prepare pizza ingredients and sauces
• Prepares and bakes pizza based on company recipes
• Checks quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests
• Maintains inventory as needed
• Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements
• Assist us in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements and Skills
• 3-4 years work experience as a Pizza Cook in a restaurant
• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking Neapolitan pizza
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Diploma from a culinary school is an asset
• Can legally work in Canada
