Bún & Cơm Vietnamese Eatery is bringing fresh, flavourful Vietnamese comfort food to the heart of Downtown in the Metrocentre — and we’re adding to our passionate team for our food court location.

Inspired by the vibrant street food stalls of Saigon and Hanoi, Bún & Cơm offers guests a taste of modern Vietnam with comforting classics like vermicelli bowls (bún), rice plates (cơm) and an emphasis on authentic flavour, speed of service, and a warm, modern guest experience.

Now Hiring:

3 Positions Available:
Heart-of-House Team Member (Full-Time):
 - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Ensure all ingredients are prepped, portioned, and stocked for service
- Assist with daily kitchen prep (cutting, marinating, sauces, etc.)
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grill, fryer, stove, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Monitor food inventory and communicate shortages to management
- Minimize waste and follow proper food storage procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
- Follow opening and closing procedure

Front-of-House Team Members x 2 (Part-Time):
- Greet and assist guests with friendly, efficient service 
- Prepare food orders and payments accurately 
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and serving areas 
- Adherence to opening and closing checklists

- Ability to multitask under pressure 
- Open to training and excited to grow with a new concept 

Availability Required: 
- Monday to Friday between 11am - 4pm 
- Weekends off 

Experience in food service is an asset but not required — we’re hiring for attitude and work ethic first. 

Full training will be provided prior to opening. Be part of something fresh.
