Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie is currently seeking a Bartender to join our Front of House team.
As a bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable, attentive, and professional service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a strong understanding of food and wine, and thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations
Accurately take orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar
Ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance and workspace
Collaborate with teammates to support overall service excellence
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality
