Responsibilities will include:
• Developing & Modifying recipes
• Cooking all items on the menu or delegating the cooking to kitchen staff
• Sourcing/ Negotiate with suppliers continuously
• Supervising the cooking, plating, and cleaning process within the kitchen
• Supervising and training of the kitchen
• Leadership and management of our core values
• Maintaining the food cost continuously
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept in a tidy manner in compliance with health and regulations
• Purchasing kitchen equipment, ingredients and inventory
• Educate/ Manage BOH & FOH as needed
