Niubest Hand-Pulled Noodles specialize in fresh and delicious hand-pulled noodles crafted with care and dedication. We are looking for a competent Restaurant Manager with pulled-noodles experience overseeing our restaurant operations.
Duties
• Manage daily operations of the restaurant and the work schedule of the crews
• Prepare and train team members making hand-pull noodles in various specifications
• Ensure customer service and food quality exceeding customer expectations
• Control inventory level, order supplies and minimize wastage
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards and practices in workplace
Requirements
• College diploma holder
• Specialty restaurant experience is mandatory
• A team builder with excellent leadership skills
• Proven knowledge and skills in hand-pulling noodles of different thinness, thickness and width.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
• Able to communicate in English
Terms of Employment
• Full-time, permanent
• 40 hours per week
• $75,000 to $82,000 annually (depends on experience)
• 2 weeks paid vacation
