We are seeking, on behalf of a great start-up in the e-commerce industry, an Account Manager in the Toronto area.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales process. Provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts and progress toward targets.
Account Management: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication and engagement. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to key accounts. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client inquiries and escalations.
Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned key accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize account profitability.
