Required Skills and Responsibilities:
•Incident Management Receive incidents from helpdesk and monitoring systems Triage, assess and manage incidents.
•Identify problem for root cause analysis Lead and Drive Service recovery Problem Management
•Track recurring incidents and identify and assign the problem areas.
•Identify the team for problem investigation.
•Participate in postmortem reviews.
•Manage application mailbox (manage business and technical mails) Monitor business reported issues daily health check correlation of alerts and incidents of major severity Real time updates.
•Continuous Service improvement
•Stakeholder communication Volume and trend analysis Service level management (tracking and reporting month to date metrices)
•approval of application capacity plan
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Change Management received.
•change request from IT teams and service desk.
•Participate in CAB meeting for emergency changes.
•coordinate with team for change execution and maintain KEDB.
