Job Summary:
• Provide direct administrative support to the HR Manager in all HR matters.
• Oversee and actively contribute to the full recruitment cycle.
• Offer quality service to all employees by professionally handling all complaints and inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation of HR Strategies, policies procedures and programs.
• To effectively follow-up on all human resources day to day functions in a way to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• To offer adequate advice pertaining to legal issue and conformity with the market’s labor law
• Support our branches in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
• help implement and review organizational structures in the supported divisions Act as change agent in creating a work environment culture.
• full-cycle recruitment process of assigned positions which consist of creating the job profile, selecting the sourcing methods, selection, and interviews, coordinating the background verifications, presenting the offer.
• Assessing in processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
• Answering questions from employees in a timely manner.
• Set-up and maintain current employees’ records and database.
• Onboarding administration of new hires.
• Help create and develop HR policies and procedures.
• Support our branches in the US.
• Assist on other HR projects and duties as assigned.
• Act as the first line for all HR administration queries.
• Participate in the annual performance evaluation process and succession planning.
• Maintain and organize HR files and correspondence with various government entities.
• Assist in the efforts to stay aligned to both state and Federal laws regarding employment
Qualifications:
• university degree in Human Resource Management or any related studies.
• Between 2-4 years of experience in human resources as a generalist (CPHR is an asset)

• previous experience and/or knowledge of the US employment regulations.
• Sense of organization, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

• Expertise in MS Office packages (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual (French & English) oral and written communication
• Ability to maintain internal and external relationships
