Our Waterloo team is excited to be adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Lines, the Commercial Lines Account Manager fosters relationships with a book of business by supporting customers by advising and supporting their unique needs.
What you’ll do:
· Support a book of customers through service and advice on commercial lines insurance products tailored to their unique needs
· Support Insurance companies by responding to their inquires
· Provide exceptional customer-service to both in-person and phone customers
· Review policies and ensure they were written accurately
· Work within regulatory and internal guidelines in respect to Insurance sales
· Provide full-cycle Insurance support including, writing new business, remarkets, customer support, quotes, payment processing, and cancellations
· Be active in the Insurance community, and be aware of any changes or trends
· Work in a team environment, providing support to other team members
· Represent Ives Insurance at brokerage, community and insurance company functions
