Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Service Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers, leading a high performing team, and growing overall revenue. This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, people leadership, and managerial skills.

Our core competencies lie in our Construction and Service Departments, where we bring projects to life and ensure the maintenance and servicing of our customers' HVAC systems.
What you’ll do:
- Leadership: Lead and manage our Service Department, ensuring high performance, accountability, and team development.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the Service Department, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
- Customer Relations: Enhance customer satisfaction through superior service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure the team is upholding high standards of service and compliance with safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Drive growth and profitability through strategic planning and effective budget management.
- Team Development: Identify training needs, recruit, hire, and when needed, terminate staff, to strengthen team capabilities.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning for the organization, including setting goals, forecasting, and developing strategies to improve operations and growth.
A little about you:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the service industry, with HVAC or Mechanical experience being an asset but not required.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and excellent managerial skills.
- Strong work ethic, willing to work diligently and frequently to meet business goals.
- Skilled in performance management, capable of enforcing accountability and fostering a positive work environment.
