Fable Kitchen is a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand designated restaurant 3 years running. We are looking to grow our team with an experienced Chef de Partie to our team!
Potential candidates will posses the following, but not limited to:
- minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting with a progressive work history
- experience on Entremetier / Pans is required
- experience on grill, meat butchery & fish mongering an asset but not a requirement
- ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
- positive attitude, willingness to learn and teach
