Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet them warmly, manage reservations through OpenTable, coordinate seating with the team, and process takeout orders using TOAST POS.
What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and guest flow through OpenTable
Coordinate seating with servers and managers to ensure smooth service
Answer guest inquiries and provide menu or venue information
Assist with takeout orders and transactions using TOAST POS
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a host/hostess or in hospitality is an asset
Familiarity with OpenTable and TOAST POS preferred (training provided)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive, guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
