Job Title: Lifestyle Sales Consultant

(One year contract with possibility to convert to permanent full-time)
We are searching for multiple Lifestyle Sales Consultants who have proven success converting sales leads into successful, collaborative relationships while maintaining a client-first approach! The successful candidates will be joining a team focused on promoting well-being and freedom for seniors aging in place, and works closely with each family to help advise, coordinate and deliver a range of services through our vetted partners to keep seniors at home as long as possible.
Acting as one single point-of-contact covering all needs from homecare to mealtime support to transportation and more, the Vyta Lifestyle Sales Consultant has your loved one completely covered with one simple and convenient solution to save time, money and stress!
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of (3) three years of client experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Minimum of (3) three years of sales experience with proven success converting leads into new business relationships.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, and ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills with a focus on finding optimal solutions for Vyta and the Vyta client.
- Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA)®, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) or completion of a recognized program/certification in relation to Gerontology, Dementia, Customer Service or Hospitality would be considered a strong asset.
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel occasionally to Niagara Region or Kitchener/Waterloo if required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, retain and grow client portfolio by delivering against individual and team sales goals while supporting a positive client experience.
- Discovering client needs, and using a pro-active approach with active listening to understand their needs and educating clients and families around Vyta services.
- Develop comprehensive plans for clients and families using a holistic approach to help them achieve their aging in place goals, and continue to resolve client’s challenges by offering services, products, advice or community resources.
- Qualify leads by conducting thoughtful consultations with clients and their family members, and move leads through each stage of the sales cycle by completing consistent, effective and timely follow ups.
