We are currently seeking passionate, skilled culinary professionals to join our growing team.
We are hiring for the following positions, to be filled immediately:
Location: Janevca, Esquimalt BC
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $21-25 per hour dependent on experience
PIZZA LINE COOK
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook hand-crafted, gourmet pizzas in a wood-fired oven
• Ensure consistency in dough preparation, toppings, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and quality control
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times
• Assist with prep duties as needed and maintain a clean station
• Coordinate with other line cooks for timely service during peak hours
PASTA LINE COOK
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare fresh pastas and sauces from scratch in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment
• Cook and plate pasta dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency
• Monitor and manage portion sizes and quality control
• Maintain a clean and organized station in accordance with health and safety standards
HOT LINE COOK
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a variety of hot appetizers and entrees with impeccable timing and presentation
• Manage sauté, grill, or oven stations depending on the menu and shift
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot line and adhere to food safety protocols
