SUMMARY
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will bring the brand to life across owned, earned, and paid digital channels. In collaboration with the Brand Manager, you will create and implement online strategies to increase brand awareness, propel consumer engagement, and drive conversion.
Your responsibilities encompass managing digital advertising campaigns, overseeing social media presence, optimizing web performance, and analyzing data to refine marketing efforts and maximize ROI in the digital space.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create and implement comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with creative agency partners to determine briefs, set timelines, negotiate budgets, and ensure execution meets high brand standards with a clear understanding of required metrics and KPIs.
- Develop social strategy to deliver compelling brand stories that lead to increased brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Lead digital content creation in collaboration with Brand Manager and external creators, retail partners, and consumers.
- Manage and oversee website development, ensuring best practices are employed to drive site traffic and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Research and identify key influencers within designated markets that live our brand in collaboration with Brand Manager.
- Liaise with external agencies to support negotiations, close prospects, and execute retention initiatives to ensure the business objectives of the influencer program are met.
- Draft and close influencer agreements within established budget.
- Act as primary point of contact to establish and grow partnership with top-performing influencers.
- Liaise with Trade Marketing and Brand Managers to align influencer strategy with promotional calendar and brand objectives.
- Work with Customer Success team to coordinate Influencer product shipments.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with Marketing specialization preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience related to marketing, with hands-on experience managing web, social and influencer strategy development and implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to exercise professional tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, coworkers, and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proven time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel preferred.
- Experience with CMS, Shopify preferred.
- An interest in learning about and growing with the Company.
